Sports Day Results
After a hot sports day, we have tallied up the results. 4th place with 996 points was Goldcrest 3rd place with 1121 points was Wagtails 2nd place with 1172 points was Kingfisher 1st place with 1182 points was Herons Herons remains the reigning champs for yet another year! St John’s Hosts Spectacular Annual Country Dance Festival!
We are incredibly proud to have organised and hosted this year’s annual Country Dance Festival,bringing together 22 schools from across the boroughs of Kingston and Richmond—as well aswelcoming visiting schools from neighbouring boroughs. Inclusion Hub

Year 5 Hampton Court Trip
Newton Class embarked on a fantastic educational Tudor trip to Hampton Court Palace. We started off with a workshop investigating Henry’s powerful personality and his struggle to break away from the Catholic Church to form the Church of England. Inter School Athletics
A group of Year 5s attended an athletics event at Weir Archer stadium. The event included a 600m race, a 75m sprint, standing long jump, and a vortex throw. Despite the unpredictable weather, they pushed through and did great. Our school came in 3rd.

Year 2’s Wild Adventure
Our Year 2 explorers headed off on a highly anticipated trip to London Zoo that turned out to be an absolute roaring success. World Toilet Day 2026
This week our Year 5 RRS Ambassadors, Faith Group and School Council led our World Toilet Day assembly. This is an annual United Nations observance day to tackle the global sanitation crisis. Our Ambassadors raised awareness of the 3.5 billion people living without safe toilets and 2.2 billion people living without safe drinking water. Language of the Month: Italian!

Learning leaped off the pages of our workbooks in British Science Week as we welcomed a very special visit from Animal Club . Children had the chance to get up close and ignite their curiosity with some truly fascinating creatures.
