We were delighted to have Jisu from the North Kingston Buddhist Temple visit for Mental Health Day this year. Our Year 6 Mental Health Ambassadors (Joel, Netty, Georgia and Kashfiya) led our worship. They helped us think about all the things we like and enjoy doing that helps our mental health. They asked us to write or draw our thoughts on what we can do to feel better, overcome challenges and spread positivity within our school community.

Year 3 have been busy becoming rock detectives! The class explored different types of rocks, learning how they are formed and how we can identify them by their properties. They grouped and classified a range of rock samples before taking part in a hands-on experiment to see how erosion and layering affect rock formation. It’s been a fantastic week of discovery and curiosity in science.
