Year 4 Share Wellbeing Wisdom for Children's Mental Health Week As part of our celebrations for Children’s Mental Health Week, we were delighted to hear from Fabiana and Felix in Year 4.

Having recently attended the ‘Wellfest’ in Southborough, Fabiana and Felix were keen to share what they learned with their peers. They presented some fantastic, practical strategies for staying calm and managing emotions.

Their top advice included:

  • Count to 10: giving yourself a moment to pause.

  • Take deep breaths: to help steady your body and mind.

  • Visualise happiness: think of something specific that makes you smile.

  • Speak up: find a trusted adult to talk to.

We are very proud of them for representing the school so well and for bringing these valuable lessons back to our community.
