Year 5 celebrated Earth Day today. The pupils looked at the UN convention for respecting children's rights - Article 6 (life survival and development) and Article 24 (health and health services). They discussed what they, the school and their families do to help the environment and the planet. The class wrote down pledges to help contribute to Earth Day.
