Looking after children's mental health and well-being is one of our top priorities during our Forest School sessions in the woods. We aim to try and provide the children in our care with a set of ‘tools’ that they can draw upon when dealing with challenging circumstances.
With the pandemic pressures, being at home and 'cabin fever' setting in, you and your family’s mental health may be affected. As such, we thought it would be a good idea to put together some mental health resources that you may wish to access when times are hard.
