您的詳細信息將得到安全保護，並且可以掃描和附加任何支持您的申請的文件。 在您提交詳細信息後，您將收到一封帶有參考編號的電子郵件，以確認您的申請。

如果您無法使用計算機或需要幫助，請隨時向學校辦公室詢問。

通過金斯敦市議會申請小學名額後，如果適用，應將填寫好的神職人員表格交回 St John's C of E 小學。 申請截止日期為2022年1月15日。 如果您有任何疑問，請隨時致電或訪問學校辦公室。

如果你還沒有機會見到我和/或沒有參觀過學校，請聯繫學校辦公室並在我們的開放日預訂參觀。這是每週四上午 10.45 和下午 1.30。
